Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • coarsely ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, place the garlic, sugar, dry mustard, salt, and sour cream.
  2. Add the red wine vinegar and blend on continuous speed.
  3. In a thin stream, slowly add the oil while blending.
  4. When blended, fold in the chopped parsley and coarsely ground pepper.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
