Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can young tender sweet peas, drained
  • 8 1/2 oz. can diagonal cut green beans, drained
  • 2 oz. jar sliced pimento, drained
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Gently combine peas, green beans, pimento, celery, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper in a medium-large bowl.
  2. Combine salad oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the dressing.
  3. Carefully toss the vegetable mixture with the dressing to coat evenly.
