Ingredients
- 17 oz. can young tender sweet peas, drained ⓘ
- 8 1/2 oz. can diagonal cut green beans, drained ⓘ
- 2 oz. jar sliced pimento, drained ⓘ
- 2 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, drained ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped celery ⓘ
- 1/3 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 cup salad oil ⓘ
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Gently combine peas, green beans, pimento, celery, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper in a medium-large bowl.
- Combine salad oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the dressing.
- Carefully toss the vegetable mixture with the dressing to coat evenly.
