Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 7 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Saute green onions in melted margarine until tender.
  2. Stir in cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, and salt.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
