Ingredients

  • 3 c. zucchini sticks
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) cooked and drained mostaccioli macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
  • 2 c. cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, stir-fry zucchini sticks and cauliflower in margarine until crisp and tender.
  2. Add cherry tomato halves, cooked macaroni, and crushed basil; heat thoroughly.
  3. Add processed cheese spread and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
