Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes and carrots.
- Peel and slice onion.
- Put the water, stock cubes and tomato paste into the frying pan.
- Do not cover.
- Turn heat to medium-high.
- Stir until cubes dissolve. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper.
- Stir again.
- When the stew starts to boil, put lid on the frying pan and turn temperature down.
- Cook gently for 25 to 30 minutes.
