Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli or 1 package frozen, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 package (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a quiche pan or 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Add chopped broccoli, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and shredded Cheddar cheese to the pan.
