Ingredients

  • 3 oz. package red raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 10 oz. package frozen red raspberries
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 5 large marshmallows
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the red raspberry gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add frozen red raspberries and their juice to the gelatin mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch cake pan.
  4. Chill until the gelatin is firm.
  5. Whip together the whipping cream, marshmallows, and cream cheese until stiff.
  6. Spread the whipped mixture over the chilled gelatin.
  7. Chill again until ready to serve.
