Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 2 tsp. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. ready to serve no salt added chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
  2. Add broccoli, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  3. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
