Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton dry soup mix
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry soup mix with melted butter.
  3. Dip potatoes in the soup mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Spray a long pan with Pam or non-stick spray.
  5. Arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
