Garlic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • sesame seed
  • oil
  • chicken breasts
  • soy sauce
  • mozzarella
  • red pepper
  • green onion
  • egg noodles
  • rice wine vinegar
  • gruyere cheese
  • garlic
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in marinade or salad dressing 1 hour; broil and cut into bite-size pieces, then set aside.
  2. Toast sesame seed 4 minutes; cool and set aside.
  3. Combine garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, honey and vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Heat on medium-high about 15 minutes until syrupy.
  5. Return chicken to pan until lightly glazed, about 2 minutes.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package.
  7. Layer pasta in bowl, then noodles, cheese, meat, scallions and top with sesame seed!
