Ingredients

  • garlic

  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut pizza dough into strips and tie them into knots.
  2. Place the knots on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped garlic, olive oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino cheese, hot pepper seeds, and salt.
  4. While the bread is still hot, toss the knots in the garlic mixture to coat evenly and serve.
