Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix lime jello with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Allow the jello mixture to cool until lukewarm.
  3. In a blender, combine the jello mixture with softened cream cheese and heavy cream.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  6. Add drained crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour into a jello mold and refrigerate until set.
  8. Unmold and serve.
