Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb pork sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 7 oz pkg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Fry sausage in bite-sized pieces with diced green pepper and diced onion until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add tomato soup to the sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Mix the sausage and tomato sauce with the drained noodles.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with strips of cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
