- Trim as much fat as possible from the brisket.
- Place the brisket in a 10 x 14-inch pan.
- Pour liquid smoke and Lea & Perrins over the meat.
- Sprinkle meat tenderizer, onion powder, garlic powder, and celery salt on both sides of the brisket.
- Cover the pan with foil and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Bake, covered, at 200°F (93°C) for 12 hours.
