- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until mixture is thickened and deep brown.
- Pour hot chutney into hot, clean canning jars leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
- Remove air bubbles from the jars.
- Wipe jar rims clean.
- Adjust lids and rings on the jars.
- Process jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Remove jars from water and let cool.
