Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 large package cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1 small can pimientos
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in pineapple juice; heat to dissolve.
  2. Mix cream cheese, pimientos, celery, salt, pineapple, and pecans.
  3. Add the dissolved Jell-O to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
