Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
  • 1/4 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix creamed corn, beaten eggs, salt, flour, sugar, milk, vanilla (if using), and melted butter together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes or until the pudding is set and lightly golden on top.
