A rich, sweet candy covered in chocolate and coconut, combining nuts and creamy flavors, perfect for parties or gift-giving to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oleo, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, coconut, and Eagle Brand milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the chilled mixture into small balls.
  4. Place the balls back in the refrigerator to chill.
  5. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  6. Use a toothpick to dip each small ball into the melted mixture.
  7. Place the dipped candies on wax paper to set.
