- Combine oleo, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, coconut, and Eagle Brand milk in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls back in the refrigerator to chill.
- Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Use a toothpick to dip each small ball into the melted mixture.
- Place the dipped candies on wax paper to set.
