  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. cream
  • salt

Instructions

  2. Add beaten eggs to the mixture and then stir in the cream until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Drop the balls into noodle soup and cook until they rise to the surface.
