Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine sauerkraut, sliced sausage, Thousand Island dressing, and chopped parsley in a 10 x 6-inch glass dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese and pepper over the top.
  4. Microwave on High for an additional 1 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
