Instructions
- Cream the butter. Add sugar gradually.
- Beat in eggs (well beaten first). Dissolve soda in water. Add to mixture with sifted flour. Drop on greased sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375° depending on oven. If electric, 350°.
- Fruit should be floured before added. If dough is runny, add more flour.
- Cookies should not be flat.
