- Cook spaghetti until barely done, then drain.
- Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet.
- Add sliced onion and knockwurst pieces; sauté for approximately 10 minutes.
- Stir in condensed Cheddar cheese soup, beer, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and caraway seed.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place half of the cooked spaghetti in a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
- Spoon half of the knockwurst and soup mixture over the spaghetti.
- Repeat with remaining spaghetti and mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
