Ingredients

  • fish (about 3/4-inch thick)
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the fish in a single layer in a well-oiled, preheated pan.
  3. Combine all ingredients except the fish to make the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish.
  5. Broil the fish about 2 inches from the heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once and basting several times.
  6. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
