Ingredients

  • 1 cup roughly chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 red apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend cabbage, grapes, apple, carrot, water, ice cubes, and ginger together in a blender until smooth.
