Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix the marmalade, lemon juice, oil, ginger, garlic powder, and dried mustard in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Lightly coat the chicken breasts with the prepared mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a shallow baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
