- Chill the stuffed chicken breasts.
- Beat eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley together to make the batter.
- Roll each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg batter.
- Heat clarified butter in a skillet.
- Saute the chicken breasts until crispy and golden, turning with a spatula.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
