Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. bottle teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. With a light touch, shape into about 3 dozen 1-inch balls.
  3. Place meatballs on a round microwave rack.
  4. Cover with paper towels.
  5. Cook on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until just cooked through.
  6. Turn the rack if meatballs appear to be cooking unevenly.
