Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup Pet milk
  • 3/4 cup canned pears, cut up

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon jello and boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add ginger ale to the mixture and stir.
  3. Mash the cream cheese with ground ginger and stir in Pet milk.
  4. Add the cream cheese mixture to the jello and chill until thickened.
  5. Beat the chilled mixture with a beater until smooth.
  6. Fold in canned pears and red grapes.
