Ingredients

  • 4 loin pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt, pepper, and sage.
  2. Saute chops in margarine in a large skillet about 10 minutes on each side, until browned.
  3. Remove meat; set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms and spices to skillet; saute until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Stir in orange juice; cook 2 minutes longer.
  6. Return meat to skillet; heat until piping hot.
