Ingredients

  • 10 wieners
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 large cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 lb. process cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut wieners into thin slices.
  2. Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
  3. Stir in bread crumbs, beans, wieners, and cheese.
  4. Place the mixture in a 4-quart casserole dish.
  5. Cover the casserole.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
