Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch thick julienne strips.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet and add cooking oil.
  3. Add zucchini and toss gently for 1 minute.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients and stir-fry for another few seconds, or until the sauce is hot.
  5. Serve hot.
