Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place chicken drumsticks in an ungreased shallow glass dish.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, chili sauce, salt, ground ginger, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  6. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Place chicken on a rack in the broiler pan.
