Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons chicken flavored bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4 oz.) farm-raised catfish fillets

Instructions

  1. Combine the breadcrumbs, flour, chicken bouillon granules, onion flakes, paprika, parsley flakes, dill weed, thyme, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Spray the fish fillets with cooking spray and dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Place the coated fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
