Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 packages Ramen chicken noodles
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetables or sunflower oil
  • 2 chicken flavor packages from noodles
  • Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles for 3 minutes and break into small pieces.
  2. Chop or grate the cabbage.
  3. Mix drained noodles, cabbage, nuts, cooked chicken, and peas in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the flavor packages from the noodles, oil, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and blend together.
  6. Top with sunflower seeds and chill before serving.
