Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix 1 cup of Bisquick baking mix and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  3. Cut in margarine or butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press the mixture into an ungreased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before adding glaze.
