Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cream the cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the sugar gradually.
  3. Add the eggs and beat well.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and flour.
  5. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
  6. Blend in the sour cream.
