Ingredients

  • 6 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz Prosciutto or baked ham, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 small minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 large pizza dough
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, goat cheese, Parmesan, prosciutto, parsley, garlic, and oregano.
  3. Spoon filling onto one half of the pizza dough circle within 1 inch of the edge.
  4. Moisten the edge of the dough with water.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to meet the edges.
  6. Roll the edges to seal the calzone.
  7. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400°F.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
