Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Let stand, covered, for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and set.
