Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen fillet fish, partially thawed
  • seasoned salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the fish in a baking pan.
  2. Season the fish with seasoned salt and pepper.
