Golden Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. Remove egg yolks.
  2. Mash and combine with mayonnaise, onion, mustard, vinegar and salt.
  3. Refill egg whites.
  4. Arrange stuffed eggs in greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  5. Combine soup, milk and curry powder; beat thoroughly.
  6. Cover eggs with the sauce.
  7. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Serve on toast. Serves 4.
