Ingredients

  • 1 cup self‑rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large super‑size Cool Whip
  • 2 small or 1 large packet chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine, and nuts in a long Pyrex dish.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  5. Fold in half a carton of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk until thick.
  8. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top.
  10. Refrigerate until set.
