Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lb. hamburger

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion until fully cooked.
  2. Do not drain the excess fat from the meat and onion mixture.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, corn, beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper to a crock-pot or deep dish.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 4 hours.
  5. Enjoy the dish the next day for best flavor.
