Five Star Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 oz. can cut green beans, drained ⓘ
- 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained ⓘ
- 16 oz. can butter beans, drained ⓘ
- 16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- onion slices ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 2 (5 oz.) cans Vienna sausages in beef stock, drained and cut in half lengthwise ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine drained green beans, kidney beans, butter beans, and pork and beans in tomato sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in horseradish, salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Pour the bean mixture into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the drained Vienna sausages, cut side down, over the bean mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and separate onion slices into rings.
- Arrange onion rings in an overlapping pattern down the middle of the dish.
