Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cut green beans, drained
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 16 oz. can butter beans, drained
  • 16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • onion slices
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans Vienna sausages in beef stock, drained and cut in half lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine drained green beans, kidney beans, butter beans, and pork and beans in tomato sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in horseradish, salt, pepper, and mix well.
  4. Pour the bean mixture into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the drained Vienna sausages, cut side down, over the bean mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and separate onion slices into rings.
  8. Arrange onion rings in an overlapping pattern down the middle of the dish.
