Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, chopped onion, and oil or butter and beat vigorously until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil or butter to the skillet.
  4. Pour batter into the skillet, forming pancakes of desired size.
  5. Cover the skillet with a lid.
  6. When the bottom side is golden and cooked through, flip the pancake.
  7. Cook the other side until golden, then serve.
