Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with chopped onions, seasoning with salt and pepper as it cooks.
  2. Drain off the excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
  4. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
