Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 1/2 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs.
  4. Fry the meatballs gently in olive oil until slightly browned, or place on a foil-covered cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Gently place the cooked meatballs into hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
