Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup French dressing or cole slaw dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons India relish
  • 3 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 6 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Boil and dice the potatoes, then let them cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix French or cole slaw dressing, mayonnaise, India relish, chopped sweet pickles, vinegar, green pepper, sugar, mustard, and celery seed.
