Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/2 cup pimento
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain canned vegetables well.
  2. Add chopped green pepper, celery, and onion to the vegetables.
  3. Mix vinegar, Crisco oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  5. Chill before serving.
