Goulash Soup

- Saute diced onion in 4 tablespoons margarine until tender.
- Add paprika and cook until bubbly.
- Set the paprika mixture aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan, melt 4 tablespoons margarine and add cubed beef, which has been floured.
- Cook until browned.
- Add the onion and paprika mixture back into the pan.
- Pour in two cans of beef broth and one can of water.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato sauce and another can of water.
- Bring to a boil again, then add diced potatoes.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Let simmer for at least 2 to 4 hours until flavors meld and beef is tender.
