A hearty meatloaf with savory flavors of beef, bell pepper, and onion, glazed with ketchup and tomato sauce, perfect for family dinners and comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 slices bread, soaked in milk
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well, except tomato sauce.
  2. Shape into one or two loaves.
  3. Place into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Pour tomato sauce onto the loaf.
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes.
